Our Simple 10 Step process:

​

1. Spray our “Spot On” floor cleaning solution onto the tiles and grout.

2. Let sit for a few minutes to penetrate the grout releasing all the oils, mold, dirt and or mildew.

3. Aggressively agitate the grout lines to insure we are working with a clean surface.

4. Run our floor cleaners across tiles and grout while vacuuming up excess water.

5. Towel drying tiles (heavy duty air blowers for large spaces) to make sure we are dealing with a clean and dry surface to apply color seal.

6. Apply color sealer by hand (customer personally choosing color of choice).

7. Let color seal dry thoroughly.

8. Buff floor with our high speed floor polishers, insuring that there is no remaining haze and the floor looks brand new (repeat process if necessary).

9. Get a high five from our clients.
